Donna Cailing (12/19/1961) - Originally from Bainbridge Island, Washington moved to Canada in 1990. Married with two children. Have worked for Shxwhá:y Village since 1996. Grandmother is Elizabeth James Eugenio, Grandfather Frank Rabang.

William Ricardo Rabang (08/31/1950) - Born in Winslow, Washington; Kitsap County. His mother Clara Gladstone was from Skway Reserve and his father Frank Rabang was from the Philippines. William was raised in Sumner, WA and graduated from the Sumner high school in 1969. In 1971 he was inducted into the US Army on March 23, 1971 and was dismissed with honorable discharge on March 23, 1973. William has a daughter Raeanna G who has two daughters and a son William R who has two boys. He has five brothers: Cisco, Mike, Bobbie, Mike and Dave and he has seven sisters: Helen, Ollie, Sonia, Sharon, Norma, Francine and Nancy. He has served on council from 1995-1995 and is currently serving a three year council term.
Murray C. Sam (07/11/1978) - Born in Lytton, moved to Chilliwack in 1986. I graduated from University College of the Fraser Valley with a CIS Diploma and completed the Lands Management Training Program thru Department of Indian Affairs. Married to Jennifer in October 2000.
