|  William Ricardo Rabang (08/31/1950) - Born in Winslow, Washington; Kitsap County. His mother
Clara Gladstone was from Skway Reserve and his father Frank Rabang was from the Philippines. William was raised in Sumner, WA and graduated
from the Sumner high school in 1969. In 1971 he was inducted into the US Army on March 23, 1971 and was dismissed with honorable discharge on March 23, 1973.
William has a daughter Raeanna G who has two daughters and a son William R who has two boys. He has five brothers: Cisco, Mike, Bobbie, Mike and Dave and he
has seven sisters: Helen, Ollie, Sonia, Sharon, Norma, Francine and Nancy. He has served on council from 1995-1995 and is currently serving a three
year council term. | |
